As all Brew Krew regulars know, it’s a scientifically proven fact that Christmas just ain’t Christmas without some seriously spectacular wild wassailing from your fave foursome, The Boston Brew. And now the good news is that this year you’ll be able to settle down to your Yuletide revelry with the joyous sound of those festive fixers still ringing in your ears and causing a bit of a tinnitus as you try to hear the Queen’s Speech.
And how can we achieve this transcendence, Denzil? I hear you ask. Simple. Just get along to the Mad Friday Festival II on 15 December at the New Horizon Community Centre, South Lodge Avenue, Pollards Hill, Mitcham, London CR4 1LT, to catch not only The Brew, but three other lovely local bands giving it loud and true in a good cause – in this instance, mental health.
The action starts at 7pm with Tuesday Group Band followed by Piston Broke and then The Brew, with Birdogg TruBlu Band rounding off the night. It’s a fiver in and food’s included, so dig deep, put on your Xmas sweater and ready your bad selves to rock away those wrapping paper blues this Noel!
